Life Happens Outside of Your Comfort Zone

Thank you to the cast of The 8th Annual Empowering Night of Laughter, and to our sold out crowd who bore witness to empowerment in action on January 23, 2026 at The Abbey in downtown Orlando. We met  Fearlessly Funny Women who reminded us that life happens outside of our comfort zones by taking center stage to perform a five-minute comedic routine. The 60-minute show was led by 3 Empresses of Empowerment, community influencers who inspired us with their stories of "how having a sense of humor and getting out of their comfort zone" have empowered them to be successful in life.

Are you ready to get out your comfort zone? Sign up for the January 22, 2027 show here.

Meet ENL 2026

Empowering Night of Laughter

Empowering Night of Laughter (ENL) has been curating empowerment one laugh at a time, since 2019. Inspiring women to be their most amazing selves by side-stepping their comfort zones and harnessing humor in life’s moments. ENL is an organization committed to the transformative power of humor and courage. The popular annual all-female comedy show experience (featuring 9 Fearlessly Funny Women and 3 Empresses of Empowerment), and the community it has fostered, offers a safe platform where diverse voices can shine.  Empowering Night of Laughter is brought to you by Posh Able Events - where  Anything is Posh Able.

The Experience

There are three ways to join the ENL show. We invite you to "get the hell out of your comfort zone"  and to PARTICIPATE as a Fearlessly Funny Woman (no standup comedy experience necessary -- we have comedy writing workshops in advance). You can NOMINATE a community leader to be an Empress of Empowerment (who will then speak at the show -- 5 minutes about how having a sense of humor and getting out of her comfort zone have empowered her to be successful in life), or you can ELEVATE your empowerment-brand through our  Partners in Empowerment spotlight.

Inspiration for Empowering Night of Laughter

"Growing up with a professional comedian for a dad (and doing stand-up myself), I can confirm that stand up comedy is in fact - terrifying (in an awesome way).  ENL is about offering women a unique platform to test the boundaries of their comfort zones' -- and offering the audience a chance to witness empowerment in action."
